As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in planning, developing, and directing physical therapy services to ensure the highest degree of quality resident care.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team on a PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME basis. As a Physical Therapist at Pinnacle, you will be responsible for:

  • Planning, developing, and implementing physical therapy services to meet the needs of our residents

  • Maintaining accurate documentation, department records, and reports

  • Ensuring effective communication regarding PT programs and collaborating with other healthcare professionals

  • Participating in discharge planning and development of resident care plans

  • Supervising and delegating tasks to Physical Therapy Assistants

  • Performing evaluations and screens in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be a graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy

  • Hold a valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Maine

  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of professionalism
