Job description

Join Pinnacle Collective’s Inbound Lead Division:

Pinnacle Collective is hiring Realtors for its inbound lead division serving Milwaukee, Brookfield, New Berlin, and the surrounding Wisconsin markets.

This role is designed for agents who want warm transfer opportunities, ISA support, strong training, and a team structure that helps them convert more leads into real appointments and clients.

Led by Marissa Canario, Pinnacle Collective is building a modern real estate team for agents who want coaching, accountability, and real operational support.

The Opportunity:

Pinnacle Collective’s inbound lead division is powered by multiple lead sources, including:

  1. Zillow
  2. Zillow Showcase
  3. Realtor.com
  4. Realtor.com Market VIP
  5. EZ Home Search
  6. YLOPO
  7. HomeLight
  8. Pay Per Click
  9. Team leader referrals

The team’s ISAs work high-volume inbound opportunities and help move leads closer to appointment-ready before transferring them to agents.

Agents can expect approximately 20+ warm transfer leads per month.

What Makes This Different:

Inbound leads are only valuable when the agent has speed, follow-up discipline, consultation skill, and a system.

Pinnacle Collective supports agents with the structure to improve in those areas.

Agents receive access to:

  1. Follow Up Boss CRM
  2. Dotloop
  3. RealScout
  4. Fello
  5. ISA support
  6. Transaction coordinators
  7. Marketing coordinator
  8. Social media marketing coordinator
  9. Admin team
  10. Weekly team meetings
  11. Weekly group coaching for new agents
  12. Bi-weekly one-on-one coaching for experienced agents
  13. Special coaching sessions
  14. Glover U event opportunities
Training:

New agents begin with a full day of onboarding covering the team’s systems, tools, workflows, and best practices.

Newer agents also participate in the seven-week Sales Rocket program, designed to help them build skill, confidence, and production habits faster.

Ongoing coaching keeps agents focused on follow-up, conversion, client service, and consistent execution.

Markets Served:

Pinnacle Collective serves:

  1. Milwaukee
  2. Brookfield
  3. New Berlin
  4. Milwaukee County
  5. Waukesha County
  6. Washington County
  7. Ozaukee County
  8. Jefferson County
Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking for Realtors who are:

  1. Licensed and ready to grow
  2. Fast to respond to inbound opportunities
  3. Coachable and open to training
  4. Consistent with follow-up
  5. Comfortable working buyer and seller conversations
  6. Interested in the greater Milwaukee market
  7. Willing to use the team systems
  8. Serious about improving their real estate business
Why Pinnacle Collective:

Pinnacle Collective gives agents the combination that actually matters: lead opportunities, ISA support, coaching, marketing help, transaction support, and a clear system to follow.
