Our goal is to continue to build our culture focused, work hard-play hard Club Pilates Team into a true family of locations. 

The Role

The Front Desk Sales Associate will assist the General Manager with new membership sales. Main responsibilities include bringing in new members and booking them into Intro Classes, assisting with member retention, maintaining studio cleanliness, and handling customer queries. 

We are looking to add both full and part time positions to our team.

Qualifications

  • MUST demonstrate ability to empathize with customers and recognize underlying needs and issues
  • Sales experience is required
  • Interest in fitneess, health, wellness is preferred
  • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and use Club Ready software system - proficient computer skills
  • Ability to sit and stand for 8 hours in a workday

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales process consisting of lead generation, consistent follow up, and closing of deals
  • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting unique needs/wants of each client
  • Emphasize and enforce objectives of club as a fitness and wellness provider
  • Present available service to current and prospective members
  • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota
  • Participate in special events such as health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community/hospital events to promote the club
