    DESCRIPTION OF WORK
    This position oversees quality assurance systems, major review processes, and compliance with statewide information systems. It guides staff, maintains important data, and supports agency planning. As a Quality Assurance Administrator, you will perform the following duties:
    • Quality Oversight: Lead quality assurance activities that support compliance with regulations and agency requirements
    • Data Management: Review CAPS information, confirm data accuracy, and support reporting needs
    • Leadership Support: Guide staff through quality processes and assist with improvement planning
    • Process Review: Manage review procedures for permanency and congregate care and issue written findings
    • Team Collaboration: Work with management to develop case and record review plans

    Work Schedule and Additional Information:
    • Full-time employment
    • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
    • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. After an employee has completed six (6) months of employment and have regular status, there may be opportunities for hybrid work, per the program offices' hybrid schedule. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Eddystone. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.
    • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
    QUALIFICATIONS
    Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
    • One year as a Children, Youth and Families Program Specialist 1; or
    • Three years of professional level experience in the field of children, youth and families; and a bachelor's degree; or
    • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

    Other Requirements:
    • PA residency requirement is currently waived for this title.
    • You must be able to perform essential job functions.

    Legal Requirements:
    • You must pass a background investigation.
    • This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law.
      • Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.
