Job description

Fulfillment Associate – Full-Time or Part-Time $15–16/hour | Austin, TX

We're a small eCommerce fulfillment company looking for a reliable person (or two) to join our shipping team. We're hiring for both full-time and part-time, so read on for details.

No experience needed. We'll train you on everything. What matters is showing up, working hard, and wanting to stick around.

The work: Picking, packing, and shipping orders. Receiving inventory. Processing returns. Keeping the facility organized. It's steady, hands-on work with real variety throughout the day.

Schedule options:

  • Full-time: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Set schedule, every week.
  • Part-time: We're flexible. Afternoons work best (roughly 12 to 5 PM), but tell us what your availability looks like and we'll see if it fits. We don't have a rigid part-time schedule, so there's room to figure it out together.

Let's be upfront about what this job requires:

  • You'll be on your feet all day, walking and moving constantly
  • You need to comfortably lift 50 lbs regularly, not occasionally
  • You'll be trained on pallet jacks and basic equipment
  • Our facility is ambient temperature: hot in Texas summers, cold in winter
  • The pace is fast. We're a small team and everyone pulls their weight.

This isn't a sit-down job and it's not a "chill" gig. If you want physical work, consistent hours, and a team that respects you, keep reading.

What we offer:

  • No weekends, no night shifts, no on-call
  • Reliable hours: We don't cut shifts. If you're scheduled, you work.
  • Weekly pay every Wednesday, plus an instant pay option when you need it
  • A manager who gets it: She started in this role and was promoted from within. She knows the work, she's hands-on, and she genuinely cares about her team.
  • Good environment: Snacks and coffee stocked, occasional team lunches, no workplace drama
  • Room to grow: We promote from within. Most of our current team started with zero warehouse experience.

What we're looking for:

  • Reliable. You show up on time, every shift.
  • Physically capable of the work described above
  • Looking for something steady, not a stopgap while you figure something else out
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Our shipping team primarily speaks Spanish.

To apply: Tell us a bit about yourself, whether you're interested in full-time or part-time (or either), and what your availability looks like. We're a small operation and we read every application.
