Job Purpose: The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations at the front office. This role requires a highly detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
• Maintain and organize records, spreadsheets, and documents with high accuracy.
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars as needed.
• Perform data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks using Excel and Word.
• Assist with general office organization, filing, and supply management.
• Support other departments with administrative needs as requested.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training preferred.
• Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal communication.
