Job description

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for loading and unloading materials in order to move them to and from storage areas and replenish inventory. Cross departmental experience in picking, packing and inventory are essential daily responsibilities.

Key Duties:

* Loading and unloading goods from vehicles into correct storage bays following inventory control instructors.

* Inventory experience to conduct cycle counting

* Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck's battery and lubricating equipment.

* Load trucks in parcel on foot

* Assist in replenishing inventory in the warehouse.

* Occasionally assist in the picking and packing of inventory for timely shipment.

* Assist with regular compliance reviews against policies and procedures.

* Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

* Preferred 2-3 years of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehousing environment.

* Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and RF Scanners.

* Ability to read, understand and carry out written procedures and standard work instructions.

* Ability to lift at least 49 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
