Sunday–Friday: 4:00 AM–1:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
Saturday: Off
6-Day Work Week

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Forklift Associate to join our produce warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely and efficiently moving, loading, unloading, palletizing, wrapping, staging, and organizing fresh produce throughout the warehouse.
The ideal candidate is an experienced forklift operator who can work efficiently in a fast-paced produce distribution environment while maintaining high standards for safety, accuracy, and product handling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Operate electric pallet jacks for product movement
  • Load, unload, and stage fresh produce
  • Build and palletize products accurately and securely
  • Wrap and secure finished pallets for storage or shipment
  • Move and organize pallets throughout the warehouse
  • Ensure pallets are stable, properly stacked, and prepared for transportation
  • Support receiving, shipping, and daily warehouse operations
  • Verify product quantities and pallet locations
  • Follow proper product rotation and warehouse procedures
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
  • Follow all safety and equipment operating procedures
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Required Qualifications
  • Sit-down forklift experience required
  • Stand-up forklift experience required
  • Electric pallet jack experience required
  • Previous warehouse experience required
  • Experience with palletizing and stretch wrapping preferred
  • Produce, food distribution, or perishable-product experience is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
