Are you an experienced warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Grand Furniture & Ashley is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, lead warehouse teams, drive productivity, and ensure exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and warehouse associates
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product flow
  • Ensure accurate inventory management and warehouse organization
  • Drive productivity, quality, and customer service standards
  • Monitor warehouse performance and identify process improvements
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and performance management
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork
  • Conduct team meetings and communicate company goals and expectations
