Girikon is looking at hiring “Salesforce Admin/ Developer with Agentforce experience ” with the following job description: 
Consultant will join our team only after the successful completion of the Background check, Reference check, E-Verify process.

Location – Phoenix, AZ 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Perform Salesforce Admin responsibilities per requests from Stakeholders.
  • Experienced in Salesforce configurations such as Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Pick lists, Page Layouts, Record Types, Workflow Rules, Reports, Dashboards and Security control.
  • Experienced in Data export and import using Data Loader.
  • Experience with Agentforce would be preferable. 
  • Continuously groom and prioritize the backlog based on stakeholder expectations across groups and help in negotiating priorities.
  • Conduct impact analysis and interdependency analysis during the change management process for the business process you are supporting.
  • Work with stakeholders and technical team to plan releases and upgrades.
  • Create and maintain technical specification documents.
  • Work with development, QA, and production support teams to communicate, verify, test, and deploy the desired functionality changes.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication.
 
Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Admin/ Developer.
  • Hands-on experience on Agentforce is a must.
  • Salesforce Agentforce certification is mandatory.
  • Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment.
  • Team spirit, good communication and organization skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
  • Experience with the Hotel/ Hospitality industry a plus.
