Position Overview

The firm is seeking aย Real Estate Transactional Attorneyย withย 2โ€“5 years of experienceย in real estate transactional work. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting developers, drafting development-related agreements, and managing due diligence for complex real estate transactions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Draft and negotiate development-related legal documents, including:

    • Purchase and sale agreements

    • Easements

    • Declarations

    • Other real estate development contracts

  • Conduct due diligence for complex real estate transactions.

  • Partner with developers and internal teams on ongoing development projects.

  • Provide legal guidance across a broad range of real estate and development matters.
