At Piccolo Snowman, located in Katy, TX, we’re more than just a boba tea shop—we’re a neighborhood spot bringing smiles & community together. If you’re looking for a fun, dynamic, and rewarding work environment, we’d love for you to join our team!


What You’ll Do:

As a Barista at Piccolo Snowman, you’ll be the heart and soul of our shop and a major contributor to our team's culture. We make the majority of the products we sell in-house. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Crafting a variety of boba tea beverages and serving up our signature ice cream/italian ice.

- Following recipes to prepare either ingredients or supplies for our snacks, ice cream, italian ices and boba tea.

- Proactively and independently completing tasks needed to maintain store supplies and cleanliness.

- Providing warm, friendly and efficient service to every customer, ensuring they leave with a smile.

- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a welcoming environment.

- Working collaboratively with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.

- Handling transactions accurately and responsibly.
