Job description

Overview
The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant employed by the Crestwood Physician Services is expected to provide patient care to our patient population. This person in this role should aggressively pursue opportunities to increase practice revenue and expense control while providing excellent patient care. CRNP/PA is expected to provide high quality patient services to our patient population, aggressively pursuing opportunities to improve patient care and provide excellent patient outcomes. The CRNP/PA will be actively involved in performance improvement activities and serve as members of committees.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing/physician assistant; Completion of Masters degree or higher in a nurse practitioner/physician assistant program
Experience:One year experience as CRNP/PA preferred
License, certification and/or registration: Current Alabama Board of Nursing Licenses (RN & NP) to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or Alabama Board of Medical Examiners Physician Assistant License; Must obtain DEA registration within first eighteen (18) months of employment; Must have current BCLS certification
