Noble Physicians is a patient-focused medical practice, led by a highly experienced Internal Medicine Physician with over 25 years of expertise. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality care for complex medical conditions with a collaborative and supportive environment.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a licensed Medical Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling complex medical cases and performing minor procedures while working under the supervision of our Chief Medical Officer and practice owner.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive history and physical exams for a diverse patient population
  • Diagnose and manage complex medical conditions in collaboration with the supervising physician
  • Perform minor procedures as needed
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to aid in treatment plans
  • Provide patient-centered care with a focus on wellness and prevention
  • Coordinate referrals and consultations for specialized treatment
  • Maintain clear and timely documentation of patient interactions
  • Foster strong patient relationships with compassionate communication

Qualifications:

  • Active Washington state PA license (or willingness to obtain)
  • DEA license (or willingness to obtain)
  • Prior experience in internal medicine or primary care is preferred
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
