About This Role
This position leads Protective Services operations within SecurTec's Physical Security division, overseeing multiple client contracts across the West Palm Beach area.
Position Summary
The Security Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of multiple security contracts in the West Palm Beach region. Each contracted site is staffed with a Site Supervisor who manages scheduling, training, and on-site operations. Those Site Supervisors will report directly to the Security Manager, who is accountable for the overall performance, client satisfaction, and operational standards across all assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support Site Supervisors across multiple client locations in the West Palm Beach area
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure contract compliance, officer performance, and client satisfaction
  • Hold Site Supervisors accountable for scheduling, post coverage, training, and personnel management at their respective sites
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for client concerns and operational issues
  • Partner with corporate leadership on hiring, retention, and disciplinary matters
  • Ensure all officers maintain proper licensing, uniform standards, and adherence to post orders
  • Investigate and document incidents, complaints, and policy violations
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives at each site

Requirements
  • Valid Florida Class D Security License
  • Valid Florida Class G Statewide Firearm License
  • Prior security management experience required
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday, daytime hours, with flexibility for occasional after-hours response
