Job description

We are seeking a office cleaner to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Duties include restroom cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and trash removal. Looking for someone who is motivated, independent, and doesn't mind physical labor. Must have reliable transportation. May need to service multiple locations. Some of the facilities have strict security requirements. Must be able to pass a criminal state and federal background check (NO CRIMINAL RECORD AT ALL).

Time: Monday - Friday after 4:00 pm.
Responsibilities:

  • Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Organize custodial closets and spaces
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Floor care, Windows, organizational tasks, deliveries and other duties assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields preferred but not needed
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Reliablility is a must
