What You'll Do
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations and diagnostic screenings using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria.
  • Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and addiction recovery groups across PHP, IOP, and outpatient levels of care.
  • Provide case management, treatment coordination, discharge planning, and referrals to support continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, referral partners, families, and other providers to address clients' co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule as needed.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and CARF standards.
  • Participate in treatment team meetings, staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships while supporting client engagement, treatment progress, retention, and successful transitions between levels of care.
What You Bring
  • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field, setting the stage for your impactful career.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting, preferably with PHP or residential programs, bringing valuable insights to our team.
  • Experience in conducting assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, showcasing your expertise.
  • Strong understanding of DSM-5 diagnoses and mental health disorders, providing a solid foundation for your work.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed care, CBT, DBT, and other therapeutic modalities, equipping you with essential tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and support clients from diverse backgrounds, making a positive impact.
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
