Fonctions principales:
  • Examiner les fruits et légumes pour détecter les défauts tels que les taches, les bosses, les pourritures, ou les dommages causés par les insectes.
  • Vérifier la couleur, la forme, la taille et la maturité des produits;
  • Manipuler les fruits et légumes avec soin pour éviter les dommages lors du tri et du classement;
  • Nettoyer et organiser l'espace de travail pour respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité;
  • Rapporter toute anomalie ou problème de qualité à la direction, à son supérieur ou au personnel concerné;
