Automotive Photographer

Location: Christiansburg, VA
Schedule: Full-Time Monday through Friday


We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Photographer to photograph vehicles for online inventory listings. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys photography, working with cars, and being active outdoors. The primary responsibility will be capturing clear, consistent, high-quality photos that accurately showcase each vehicle.


Responsibilities

  • Photograph vehicles for online inventory listings
  • Capture consistent exterior and interior photos from required angles
  • Ensure vehicles are presented professionally and photos are clear and well composed
  • Upload, organize, and manage vehicle photos using the appropriate inventory system
  • Keep track of vehicles that need to be photographed or re-photographed
  • Work efficiently to photograph multiple vehicles during each shift
  • Coordinate with dealership staff to locate vehicles and keep inventory photos current
  • Maintain photography equipment and keep work areas organized
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Basic photography skills and a good eye for composition
  • Comfortable using a digital camera and/or smartphone photography equipment
  • Must be able to operate a manual vehicle
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to walk and stand for extended periods
  • Basic computer and technology skills
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record preferred
