Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to assess needs, offer solutions, and quote jobs on the spot
• Earn commission by selling and completing your own small to mid-sized jobs
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain complex electrical systems, including panels, lighting, outlets, switches, ceiling fans, hot tubs, and EV chargers
• Perform diagnostics and repairs without supervision
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, ensuring a smooth experience from sale to final walkthrough
• Upload After Pictures: Capture high-quality, comprehensive photos of finished work
• After-Job Notes: Provide detailed job notes covering any deviations, issues, or recommendations for follow-up
• Work efficiently and with minimal call-backs by delivering high-quality, code-compliant work

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL SERVICE ELECTRICIAN

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of related experience
• Customer-friendly attitude with the confidence to offer and explain solutions during service calls
• Highly experienced, with a deep understanding of electrical systems and advanced troubleshooting
• Ability to commute to each job location
