Job Overview
  • Company: Flood Guys Restoration.

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $70,000 to $85,000 per year (based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.

  • Location: Greendale, WI (Travel to job sites required).

  • Job/Employment Type: Full Time.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday and Weekends.

  • Project Scope: Multi-site Residential and Commercial Mitigation Management.

The Opportunity You will serve as a senior leader, steering complex restoration projects from initial inspection to final completion across Southeastern Wisconsin. This role empowers you to design technical drying strategies, mentor field crews, and safeguard the company’s reputation for elite quality. You will join a performance-driven team where your management expertise directly impacts company growth and customer recovery.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Direct multiple active mitigation projects simultaneously while maintaining peak operational efficiency.

  • Conduct comprehensive initial site inspections to define accurate and profitable scopes of work.

  • Architect advanced drying strategies and ensure technical equipment placement meets industry standards.

  • Supervise and hold Crew Chiefs and technicians accountable for safety, quality, and performance.

  • Evaluate moisture readings and drying logs to make critical adjustments to project timelines.

  • Act as the primary liaison between homeowners, property managers, and field operations.

  • Maintain rigorous project documentation and photo logs to ensure total transparency and compliance.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 3 years of restoration or construction experience.

  • Proven experience managing multiple crews and complex project logistics.

  • Proficient in mobile technology for real-time job documentation and tracking.

  • Physical capacity to lift 65+ lbs and work in demanding onsite environments.

  • Willingness to participate in a flexible on-call rotation for unplanned emergencies.

  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in the restoration industry.

  • Deep technical knowledge of IICRC standards and structural drying principles.

  • Prior experience in a formal Project Management or high-level leadership role.

  • Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
