Job description

NAPPCO Fastener company is a distributor of standard and specialized fasteners, electronic and access hardware. We are headquartered in Houston, TX with locations in Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. It is our goal to provide our customers with quality assured products that are competitively priced. Our company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees.

Overview: The Warehouse worker will be responsible for repackaging product, and any other task assigned to them by the warehouse manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Packaging product in a timely manner to keep up with daily requirements
  • Assisting of unloading of inbound trucks or inbound transfer from motor freight or UPS
  • Making sure counts/product are accurate by using scales and measuring equipment
  • Put stock away in the correct bin or properly mark as overflow or discrepancy
  • Fill out proper paper work that meets our ISO 9001 requirements
  • Safely operating and maintaining warehouse equipment to carry out job duties to ensure a safe work environment
  • Keeping work area clean and orderly so that warehouse is a safe and clean work environment
  • Communicating with warehouse manager with any issues or concerns that arise regarding work duties
  • Performing other duties and tasks not listed as requested by the warehouse manager

Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 to 75lbs
  • Must be able push and pull up to 150lbs
  • Must be able to constantly bend, reach, climb, and stand throughout shift
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, plus minimum 2-3 years warehouse experience
  • Ability to pass a math and computer test

Monday-Friday: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
