Job description

Position Details

  • Maintains and collects project data for respective regions, including New Construction, Existing Buildings, Service, and Energy. This includes tracking key milestones of the projects including photo collection, etc. 
  • Maintains and collects fabrication/modular shop data for respective regions. 
  • Develops prequalification package submissions for respective regions as requested. 
  • Assists with developing a deliverable list, timeline for document preparation, submission requirements, and final prequalification submission. 
  • Establishes and maintains file structures for pre-qualifications and project data for respective regions. 
  • Develops relationships with the regional proposal team. 
  • Establishes fundamental understanding of company process and protocol. 
  • Collects regional BD data to support the Data Analyst team. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or equivalent work experience. 
  • Strong communicator, analytical mindset, relationship driven, project management. 
  • Good project management skills with the ability to meet assigned deadlines. 
  • Good relationship building skills. 
  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong research and analytical skills. 
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. 
  • Competent in MS Office. 
  • Minimum 1–3 years' experience in data collection, business development, or related field. 
  • Project management experience preferred. 
  • Experience in the Engineering or Construction Industry preferred.

Pay: Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For Washington  this ranges from $28.00 - $32.00/hour plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
