WHAT YOU'LL DO:  As a Retail Photo Lead, you will be responsible for assisting the photo management team with photo operations, interacting with customers to solve problems, concerns and assist in the sales process as needed. In this role you will have the opportunity to model best practices with our team of Retail Photo Host to ensure outstanding customer service and work alongside our photo management team to plan and execute development/business plans.  

Responsibilities

  • Create an outstanding buying experience for the customer by executing floor leadership 

  • Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner 

  • Coach and develop Retail Photo Host in both proper photo capture techniques and sales, including lighting and positioning 

  • Lead and work alongside the Retail Photo Host team to problem solve customer concerns 

  • Work with photo management in opening, closing and operating the photo retail locations, including but not limited to cash handling and deposits as governed by operations control standards 

  • Complete accurate paperwork and transactions according to company policies and procedures 

  • Assist with inventory counts as needed and maintain location appearance adhering to merchandising standards 

  • Assist with all functions within a photo location in compliance with VENU+ policies and procedures 

  • Assist in other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management 

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and at least 6 months of experience in retail management with strong customer focus background 

  • Excellent written and verbal/interpersonal communications skills 

  • Ability to lead, motivate/mentor, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way 

  • Professional, energetic and positive attitude 

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills 

  • Ability to analyze results, make good decisions, and take responsibility 

  • Working knowledge of PC Windows applications (Excel and Word) 

  • Flexible scheduling availability; reliable transportation 

  • Ability to work evening (closing) and morning (opening) shifts, weekends, and holidays
