Job description

We are seeking a trustworthy and professional Store Associate to assist with daily operations at two gold, silver, bullion, and jewelry store locations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle high-value merchandise responsibly, and maintain a secure and organized environment.

Pay:

 • $17–$20 per hour, based on experience

 • Pay reflects travel between locations, including Chantilly

Work Schedule:

 • Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

 • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

 • Sunday: Closed

 • Must be able to work at both store locations

Key Responsibilities:

 • Assist customers with buying and selling gold, silver, bullion, and jewelry

 • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and market trends (training provided)

 • Handle cash, card, and high-value transactions with accuracy and integrity

 • Inspect, weigh, and verify precious metals and jewelry items

 • Maintain clean, organized, and secure display cases
