Berg Hospitality Group is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Creative Production Manager to lead graphic design and print production across our portfolio of restaurant and hospitality brands.


This hands-on role combines creative design with production management, taking projects from concept through final delivery. The ideal candidate is a strong designer who can work across multiple brand identities while managing in-house printing, outside vendors, timelines and production costs.


Responsibilities


Graphic Design

  • Design print and digital materials across multiple restaurant and hospitality brands, including menus, signage, invitations,      advertisements, event collateral, email and social media assets
  • Maintain each concept’s distinct visual identity and brand standards
  • Resize and adapt creative for various platforms, dimensions and applications
  • Retouch, color-correct and prepare photography for print and digital use
  • Prepare accurate, production-ready files and proof all content, pricing and specifications
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Culinary, Beverage, Operations and Events teams to execute projects and revisions
  • Maintain organized design files, photography and brand assets

Print Production 

  • Manage print projects from final artwork through production and delivery
  • Oversee in-house printing and finishing, including equipment, supplies and inventory
  • Determine whether projects should be produced in-house or outsourced based on cost, timing and quality
  • Request and compare vendor quotes and recommend cost-effective production solutions
  • Coordinate with printers and fabricators on materials, quantities, finishes, proofs, deadlines and delivery
  • Review proofs for accuracy, color consistency and production quality
  • Maintain vendor relationships, pricing and order history
  • Identify opportunities to consolidate orders, reduce costs and improve production efficiencies
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrections or reprints as needed
Requirements:

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong print and digital portfolio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong typography, layout, photo-editing and image-retouching skills
  • Knowledge of print production, including bleeds, color profiles, file preparation, paper stocks, substrates, finishes and      binding methods
  • Experience working with printers, fabricators or other production vendors
  • Ability to evaluate vendor quotes and identify cost-effective solutions
  • Excellent proofreading, organization, project-management and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be      considered
  • Experience with professional in-house printing and finishing equipment is preferred
  • Hospitality, restaurant, luxury, lifestyle or event experience is a plus
  • Photography, video editing, animation or motion-graphics skills are a plus
