Mancan Staffing is seeking a Social Media Manager/Content Creator in Mansfield, Ohio.
This is not a remote position! The right person for the job would need to be comfortable filming around heavy equipment.
This is a local manufacturer looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to keep their brand in the spotlight.
If you have a sharp eye for aesthetics, a pulse on trending audio, and a passion for community building, we want you on our team!
The Role:
You will own our digital presence from end to end. This means brainstorming viral concepts, shooting, and editing high-quality video/photo
content, managing publishing schedules, and engaging with our community across, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
What Were Looking For:
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation (portfolio/links to past work required).
Skills: Proficiency in mobile videography, photo editing, and creative apps (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Vibe: Highly creative, culturally aware of current internet trends, and an excellent storyteller
Pay range is 50k-60k based on experience!
