Sunland Asphalt and Construction, LLC. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Coordinatorย to join our booming business.ย 

Sunland is a leading asphalt solutions provider and general contractor known for delivering exceptional quality, reliability, and innovation to its customers. With a reputation built on decades of combined industry expertise, we specialize in a full range of services-including commercial and residential paving, maintenance and repair, sealcoating, milling, and largescale infrastructure projects.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting Sunland's Corporate Marketing Department with all Marketing, Business Development and Sales initiatives for all divisions in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and National Accounts. This employee will work within the Marketing Department and report to the Marketing Director.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
  • Proposals, Statement of Qualifications & Prequalification/Vendor Packets: Create superior on-brand responses which include leading proposal kick-off meetings, attending pre-submittal meetings, pulling existing content, creating/writing new content, proof reading/editing content, managing/enforcing deadlines, creating eye catching graphics, printing, trimming, binding, delivering, uploading, etc.
  • Graphic Design: Develop engaging concepts and layouts for a variety of print and digital internal/external marketing pieces. This can include proposals, qualification packages, presentations, signage, event collateral, emails, direct mail, social media, etc.
  • Digital Media: Create and update external content through social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter) as well as internal content through the company intranet (SharePoint).
  • CRM: Maintain/update project and personnel information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database, Cosential, to ensure consistency throughout all BD/Marketing/Sales collateral.
  • Photography: Basic photo editing (cropping, color correction, resizing)
  • Events: Support the production and execution of internal and external events from employee awards luncheons, tradeshows, conferences, golf tournaments, etc.
  • Administration & Coordination: Execute various tasks from ordering business cards, office supplies, maintaining/updating the Marketing production calendar, coordinating with internal departments, coordinating with external partners/vendors, etc.
  • Any and all business development, marketing and sales duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related degree or equivalent combination of education preferred. Related work experience is acceptable.
  • 2-5 years of Marketing/Graphic Design experience within the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry preferred but not required.
  • Mustย be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Mustย be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
