You will oversee leading a dedicated team within our engineering department. Your main goal will be to achieve flawless execution in Photo processes. This is crucial to ensure that our products remain competitive on a global scale.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Photo engineering team to successfully transfer and implement brand-new techniques and processes.
  • Develop and optimize Photo recipes to ensure exceptionally high-quality and performance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to determine and address process integration challenges.
  • Strictly monitor and maintain equipment performance to achieve flawless operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and yield.
  • Successfully leads to the transfer of Photo technology and implement it effectively.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of industry experience working as Process Owner within Photolithography including Immersion/EUV scanner, TRACK and mask knowledge
  • Proven experience in Photo process development and optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating engineering teams.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities and a strategic approach.
  • World-class teamwork and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to determine and implement solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in English and communication.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial or leadership role within an engineering team.
