About the Job
Are you into video games, bowling, or karaoke? Are you friendly, and outgoing? Do you enjoy being around people and working in a fun environment? Then you're the kind of person we'd love to hire!
Round One is currently hiring Customer Service Associates in multiple departments:
  • Bowling and Events Department.
  • Food & Beverage Department.
  • Amusement (Arcade) Department: Closing shift-store closes at 2:00am.
  • Cleaning (Facilities) Department.
Please note you must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.
Open availability or flexibility to work on weekends/holidays and closing shifts preferred (store closes at 2:00am).

Essential Duties Overview:
  • During assigned shifts engage customers to determine whether their needs are met.
  • Maintain inventory levels in amusement games.
  • Maintain games and counters clean and visibly attractive to customers' eyes.
  • Respond responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests.
  • Answers phone calls for all general inquiries.
  • Performs special projects and other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.
Amusement:
  • Operate POS registers for game card sales and prize redemptions.
  • Maintain arcade and redemption inventory.
  • Keep the game floor clean, stocked, and welcoming.
  • Perform open and close procedures and assist guests as needed.
Bowling and Events:
  • Assign lanes, lend equipment, and support in-store bowling promotions.
  • Clean and reset bowling and activity areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and attention for parties and events.
  • Assist with basic maintenance and customer instruction.
  • Process sales, handle reservations, and support parties and events.
Food and Beverage:
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks.
  • Operate POS systems and clean the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Open and close food service area and manage inventory.
  • Support other departments when needed.
Cleaning:
  • Keep the entire store clean including restrooms, furniture, and arcade areas.
  • Use cleaning equipment properly and safely.
  • Launder cleaning rags, wash windows, and follow MSDS protocols.
  • Assist the Facilities team with cleaning needs.
Non-Essential Duties:
  • Conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies.
  • Conducts lost and found procedures by company policies.
  • Seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes.
  • Complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma and a minimum of one to two years of experience in a hospitality or retail environment.
Work Environment:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment where high levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected.
  • The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
Physical Demands:
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and have a high level of mobility/flexibility in small spaces.
  • The employee is required to stand and walk for extended periods without breaks during busy times. In addition, the employee will need to be able to use their hands/fingers to handle and feel and reach with hands and arms.
  • Lifting and/or moving up to 100 lbs with assistance is required.

  • 1 hour to play (non-prize) arcade games per week.
  • 90 minutes of bowling per week (shoes included).
  • 1 hour of karaoke/billiards per week.
