Job description

Term: Cycle-term, July through November 2026

Reports to: Senior Manager of Organizing; works alongside the regional organizers

Salary: $18,750–$21,667 total for the 5-month term, paid monthly at $3,750–$4,333 (equivalent to an annualized salary of $45,000–$52,000)

Purpose

Adds field and support capacity for the fall GOTV (Get Out The Vote) peak. Executes contact volume goals and provides the day-to-day organizational support that keeps the field program moving.

Scope

Execute GOTV field and phone-bank contact goals

Recruit and turn out volunteers for cycle activities

Support EP and KYR events on the ground

Carry organizing support and logistics: member contact, list and contact logging, event setup, basic tracker upkeep

Hand off cleanly to regional organizers so relationships persist past the term

Qualifications

1+ years organizing, field, or campaign experience, or strong transferable community experience

Reliable with contact logging, basic data, and tracker upkeep

Available through the November term
