Customer Care AssociateLocation: O'Fallon, IL, 62269Job Description

The Customer Care Associate is responsible for responding to incoming internet leads and sales call, as well as making outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients.

Duties include:
  • Responding to inbound leads by phone, text message, and email with the goal of scheduling sales appointments.
  • Confirming all sales appointments and rescheduling missed appointments.
  • Assisting BDC Manager and Sales Managers with unsold, sold and service appointment follow up as assigned.
  • Providing adequate and accurate vehicle information to prospects.
  • Preparing Sales Associate and vehicle (if applicable) for incoming appointments.
  • Utilize CRM system to record all work completed, as well as assist managers and sales associates with input of new information.
  • Communicates consistently with BDC manager and reports all activity to them.
  • Participating in on-going training.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Schedule is Monday-Wednesday-Friday-Saturday
