You'll engage with a variety of clients, and due to the remote nature of our practice, you will be able to serve individuals from diverse backgrounds across Fort Worth, Texas, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families, ensuring tailored therapeutic approaches.
  • Provide individual and family therapy grounded in best practices, utilizing tailored treatment methods that align with identified patient needs.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including timely billing, comprehensive documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms.
  • Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention frameworks, and wellness strategies to facilitate stability for clients.
  • Create and implement well-structured discharge plans ensuring ongoing support for clients post-therapy.
  • Adhere strictly to federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and best practices.
  • Continually enhance professional competence through ongoing training and commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Engage actively in case consultations and participate in meaningful agency meetings to better coordinate client care.
  • Complete all licensure requirements and mandatory training to uphold our high standards of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will cater to a diverse array of clients, each with unique backgrounds and mental health needs. You will engage with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Your ability to provide empathetic, strengths-based therapy will be pivotal in fostering healing and resilience among our patients.

Qualifications
  • Masterโ€™s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to professional licensure.
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Texas is required.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting addressing mental health issues.
  • Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with digital tools to facilitate remote therapy.
Compensation and Benefits
