What You Will Do

  • Personal Care Support: Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene.
  • Mobility & Wellness: Help with transfers, ambulation, and light range-of-motion exercises.
  • Nutrition: Handle meal planning, grocery shopping, preparation, and feeding assistance.
  • Household Management: Keep environments safe and clean with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Companionship: Provide meaningful socialization, activities, and much-needed respite for family members.
