Job description

We're looking for an experienced HR Generalist in San Antonio, TX to serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees, helping foster an engaged, compliant, and high-performing workplace. In this role, you'll play a key part in strengthening employee relations, supporting performance management initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, facilitating a seamless onboarding experience, and maintaining accurate HR records. WORK SET UP: ONSITE -  SAN ANTONIO 


  • Administer various human resource plans, policies, and procedures for assigned groups of team members; maintain the employee handbook and support implementation of new or revised policies.
  • Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and employee issues, providing sound HR guidance and solutions.
  • Respond to employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, and ensure fair and compliant resolution of cases.
  • Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation, ensuring timely completion of documentation and a positive onboarding experience.
  • Support managers in handling performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminations in accordance with policy and employment law.
  • Develop and maintain employee safety, wellness, and engagement programs in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure HR compliance by maintaining accurate records, preparing regular and ad-hoc reports, and monitoring adherence to local employment laws and internal policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives that promote operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees and managers to strengthen communication, conflict resolution, and workplace relationships.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall People Services objectives.

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a related field required.
  2. 2-4 years’ experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
  3. Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations cases, investigations, and coaching conversations effectively.
  5. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in sensitive situations.
  6. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); HRIS experience a plus.
  9. Flexible, proactive, and collaborative team player who can adapt quickly to business changes.
  10. Professional demeanor, critical thinking skills, and courage to present ideas and influence decisions.
  11. Willing to work onsite in San Antonio.
