(PMCC-US) is a U.S. registered 501(c)(3) funding organization focused on providing support to assist and encourage independent, Filipino-led ministries who are spreading the Gospel of Christ through Christian education, medical evangelism, and church planting across Luzon, Philippines.

About the Position Position Description

The Executive Director (ED) will lead the organization through an upcoming period of anticipated growth with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of PMCC to ensure it operates efficiently and effectively to meet annual, five, and ten year ministry goals. In this role, the ED will be the face of PMCC, working closely with the Board of Directors, churches, individuals and field teams. The ED will ensure that all staff (if any) and ministry teams are aligned with PMCC's mission and vision, working together to successfully achieve strategic objectives. PMCC is a close knit culture with a high priority of communication, recognition, and collaboration. The ED should be aligned with the PMCC culture and will continue to enhance it through positive leadership. The ED is the primary fundraiser. The ED is responsible for ensuring sound financial practices.

Position Responsibilities:

  • ADMINISTRATIVE
    • Prepare and manage comprehensive budgets to present at the annual meeting.
    • Conduct performance reviews for US and PI ministry teams. Annual reports forms will be distributed in October to be completed and returned by January. The ED will submit the reports for review at the annual BOD meeting.
    • Oversee financial accounts; manage PMCC assets
    • Ensure governmental compliance with all applicable laws and regulations across the organization annual.
    • Proactively address challenges in the internal and external environment to protect ministry interests.
    • Cultivate relationships with other non-profits, i.e. FAME, IDES, etc.
  • PMCC BOARD
    • Collaborate to identify and research projects and manage donor prospect list.
    • Send monthly email reports/updates to the BOD
    • Send quarterly email financial reports to the BOD
    • Submit comprehensive ED report at the annual BOD meeting
  • FIELD
    • Schedule virtual meetings every other month with PI team leaders.
    • Plan two to three annual trips to the Philippines with potential and current donors and/or work teams
    • Monthly zoom connection with PI representative
  • DEVELOPMENT (MARKETING AND FUNDRAISING)
    • Develop and implement strategic plans that meet ministry goals and objectives created in partnership with the BOD
    • Draft PMCC's policies and philosophies for review at the annual meeting.
    • Develop and maintain PMCC's database.
    • Create marketing materials.
    • Ensure PMCC's social media is current, accurate and user friendly.
    • Direct capital campaigns.
    • Manage acknowledgement and fulfillment of gifts and pledges.
    • Write and publish (email/mail) monthly donor updates.
    • Cultivate positive relationships with key donors (churches, individuals and other agencies).
    • Develop a schedule for in-person visits with the key donors.
    • Represent PMCC at the International Conference on Missions, and other conferences/conventions when possible.
