Mandatory Qualifications:

  1. Level II- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a UX Engineer
  2. Seven or more years of experience in UI/UX engineering on full life cycle of design deliverables including wireframes, mockups, journey maps, prototypes, story boards and user surveys.
  3. One to two years working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams in a Health and Human Service setting.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. Seven or more years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
  2. Two to five years of experience with user research, user modeling and usability testing.
  3. Two to five years of experience with CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
