The demand is driven by the need for skills in user testing, data analysis, and familiarity with tools like UserTesting or Optimal Workshop, especially in digital and tech industries.

  • Ability to synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Experience creating research reports, presentations, and stakeholder-ready documentation.
  • Proficiency with collaboration and design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
  • Experience using remote user testing and research tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • A degree or specialized training in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Fully remote work with the flexibility to work from a location where you are most comfortable.
  • Full-time employment with opportunities for long-term career growth and internal mobility.
  • Structured career development supported by performance reviews, mentoring, and professional development programs.
  • Individual learning budget, corporate English lessons, workshops, and access to an online learning library.
  • Comprehensive medical insurance and mental health support.
  • 20 paid vacation days, paid public holidays, and paid sick leave.
