Our team of chiropractors, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, and massage therapists work cohesively to deliver comprehensive care that blends structural, functional, and rehabilitative approaches.


Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic team member to join our Chiropractic & Physical Therapy Department. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Exercise Science, Personal Training, Athletic Training, Physical Therapy Assistant, or those pursuing a career in rehabilitation, healthcare, or physical therapy.

You will play a key role in supporting patient care through guided therapeutic exercise, rehab progression, and assisting providers in delivering high-quality treatment.


Responsibilities
  • Assist chiropractors and physical therapists with patient care and rehab programs
  • Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and corrective movement programs
  • Support implementation of individualized treatment plans for chiropractic, medical, and physical therapy patients
  • Monitor patient progress and ensure proper form, safety, and engagement
  • Prepare therapy areas and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment
  • Assist with modalities and therapies as directed (training provided)
  • Help create a positive, motivating experience for patients during their care


Ideal Candidate
  • Currently enrolled or recent graduate of PTA or
  • Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Personal Training, or Athletic Training
  • Passion for health, fitness, and rehabilitation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, positive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting
  • Interest in pursuing a career in Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, or Healthcare (preferred but not required)


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a gym, training, or rehab setting
  • Personal training certification or athletic training experience
  • Knowledge of functional movement, strength training, or corrective exercise
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain)
