The Healthcare Senior Analytics Consultant will lead the development of technical and analytical enhancements to further improve HCSC Medicare Part D Star ratings. This role will be responsible for designing and developing advanced Stars reporting and dashboards related to the Medicare Stars program focused on Part D clinical, administrative, and customer experience measures. These reports will be utilized by business partners and Stars leadership in making critical business decisions related to enhancements to existing programs, development of new pilots and initiatives, and other opportunities to maximize Part D Stars affordability and enterprise value. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic mindset for driving Part D quality and a passion for healthcare analytics. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of technical and analytical enhancements to improve Medicare Part D Star ratings. Design and develop advanced Stars reporting and dashboards focused on Part D clinical, administrative, and customer experience measures. Create dynamic, visually engaging dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to inform business partners and Stars leadership. Partner with stakeholders to translate business cases into customer- or partner-facing deliverables and drive initiative execution. Manage analytic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outputs under tight timelines. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master's degree with 4 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR PhD with 2 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR 10 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field. Strong ability to query a wide variety of internal and external data sources to derive meaningful insights. Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar languages. Ability to create dynamic dashboards using Tableau or Power BI. High business intelligence acumen and experience taking a business case from inception to execution. Experience leading an analytic initiative to success. Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team. Performance-driven, collaborative, and able to deliver high-quality outputs to senior leadership under tight timelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience with project management methodologies. Experience in Healthcare industry โ€“ Medicare STARS Part D data, Medication Adherence measures, CMS pharmacy data, pharmacy and provider claims. Experience with advanced analytics tools/languages such as Teradata, Databricks, GitHub, Python. Experience with automation tools, such as Airflow, Alteryx.
