The Role (What You'll Do):

  • Monitor Medicaid and federal/state regulations to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Conduct internal reviews of charts and billing to spot trends and mitigate risks before they happen.
  • Track corrective action plans and turn compliance "gaps" into growth opportunities.
  • Prepare our team for successful surveys and inspections from regulatory and accrediting bodies.
  • Partner with staff to simplify complex regulations and reinforce best practices.


What You Bring:

  • Experience in healthcare compliance, QA, or auditing(PAS/PHC experience is a major plus!)
  • Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines or home care regulationshighly preferred.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems.
