We're seeking dynamic Licensed Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee to join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.

Location: On site at our closed-door pharmacy: 16601 Central Green Blvd, Houston, TX  77032

Salary range: $18.00 - $22.00 (Depending on Licensing and Experience)

Schedule:  Weekends | Saturday and Sunday | 10:00AM - 6:30PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and troubleshoot Paxit packaging and dispensing equipment.
  • Set up packaging lots and follow inventory schedules.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment.
  • Replenish supplies across packaging, dispensing, and staging areas.
  • Respond quickly to equipment faults and workflow issues.
  • Use systems like Paxit Manager and Framework for order tracking.
  • Perform audits, packaging scans, and short-fill checks.
  • Stage and tote prescriptions with accurate labeling.
  • Assist with bulk dispensing, labeling, and “owes” processing.
  • Communicate delays and inventory needs to the team.
  • Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Texas Pharmacy Technician license, certification or trainee license required (in good standing)
