Job Title: Pharmacy Technician II
Location: Remote (TX, MO, CA)
Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)
Schedule: 9:30 AM โ€“ 6:00 PM CT


Position Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician II to support prescription processing and pharmacy operations in a high-volume, remote environment. This role focuses heavily on data entry, prescription validation, and coordination with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely medication fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and process prescription orders received from providers
  • Perform high-volume data entry and manage refill requests
  • Contact physicians for prescription clarifications and refill approvals
  • Prepare, count, label, and package medications for pharmacist verification
  • Maintain prescription logs and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Support inventory management including stock checks and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards
  • Assist with pharmacy logs (temperature, cleaning, calibration, etc.)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workflow efficiency
