Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Data Intake Pharmacy Technician in Anaheim, California!

Type: Full-time
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: $24 per hour
Location: Anaheim, CA 92801

Responsibilities of the Data Intake Pharmacy Technician:

· Accurately create and maintain patient profiles in the pharmacy electronic records system

· Enter prescription information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

· Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and other required data

· Communicate with healthcare providers and internal teams to obtain missing information when necessary

· Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies regarding patient confidentiality

· Handle a high volume of data entry tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve patient profile or prescription issues

Qualifications:

· Active California Pharmacy Technician License required

· Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience required

· Experience entering prescriptions in an LTC pharmacy setting required

· Previous experience in a pharmacy data intake role preferred

· Strong data entry and organizational skills

· Pharmacy software and systems experience is a plus

· Excellent communication and multitasking abilities

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
