Main responsibilities: Analyze, validate and monitor prescriptions for chemotherapy, immunotherapy, hormone therapy and other oncological treatments. Participate in the development, application and revision of therapeutic protocols. Validate doses according to clinical, biological and pharmacokinetic parameters. Supervise the safe preparation of anticancer drugs and other sterile preparations. To detect, prevent and resolve problems related to pharmacotherapy. Advising doctors, nurses and other professionals on the optimal use of cancer treatments. Informing and supporting users regarding their treatments, side effects and preventive measures. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and discussions of complex cases. Ensure the safe management of cytotoxic drugs in accordance with applicable standards. Contribute to quality assurance, pharmacovigilance and continuous improvement activities. Participate in the clinical training of pharmacy professionals and staff when required.
