Job DescriptionThe Sr. Training Manager is responsible for effectively developing, delivering, executing, and managing training needs for pharmaceutical clients. This role requires a deep understanding of disease states, market landscape, and product-specific materials, which must be communicated clearly to learners. The Sr. Training Manager will support the evaluation, creation, and implementation of training initiatives, including content design and development throughout the project lifecycle. They are also responsible for facilitating engaging live or virtual training sessions, demonstrating exceptional platform skills and have strong selling skills acumen in life-sciences.
