The Position:
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You should be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, and have the ability to work well with both internal and external clients. You must be a self-starter, have the ability to juggle multiple projects and possess a strong sense of urgency. If that sounds like you, then we'd love to meet you as soon as possible!
This position will support multiple clients and support both the Account Management and Project Management teams assigned to those clients.
The Responsibilities:
Includes, but not limited to the following:
  • Provide tactical support to Account Management and cross-functional internal team specifically on pharma clients, focusing on trafficking, project coordination and day-to-day campaign execution.
  • Prepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, status documents, internal feedback memos and other client communications and correspondence.
  • Traffic creative assets to the media team across traditional and digital channels (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Ensure clarity of client feedback and clearly communicate client direction to internal team (including creative, media, analytics and other client deliverables as needed).
  • Provide tactical support and execution throughout positioning, brand strategy, market development, HCP and patient engagement, launch planning and integrated/omnichannel activation for pre-commercial and launch-stage brands.
  • Partner across Commercial/Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Clinical, Patient Services, Sales/Field, analytics, market research and competitive intelligence to support cohesive commercialization strategies.
  • Support tactical execution of strategies that effectively engage key stakeholders, including HCPs, patients and caregivers, KOLs, advocacy organizations and other influential audiences throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Update creative rotation documents. Work closely with the Media team to ensure all creative assets have been provided for media buys.
  • Maintain all digital and creative trackers, ensuring flight dates and deliverables are kept up to date.
  • Provide support and coordination throughout the entire life of a project / campaign, including but not limited to: project briefing process, creative / deliverable review, facilitating client direction / feedback, finalizing deliverables, trafficking and campaign performance reporting.
  • Handle ad hoc client questions & requests as needed.
  • Participate in discussions during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations.
  • Compile reporting for clients as needed.
  • Create case studies for past campaigns.
  • Keep in contact with clients throughout all stages of project development.
  • Work closely with project managers on all projects.
  • Attend to the needs of the client and continually seek ways to add value to their relationship with BPD.
  • Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of assigned client's industries, company culture, products/services and strategic communication plan.
  • Assist with other duties as required.
The Essentials:
  • 2-3 years' experience.
  • Pharma advertising agency experience required
  • Knowledge of general agency process and terminology, as well as pharma-specific industry process and terminology
  • Proficiency in Veeva PromoMats strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines and prioritize accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Digital experience is a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
