Job description

The Global Pharma Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategy, development and execution of the global marketing plan for high priority small molecule pharma customer sub-segments. This role integrates the full Analytical Sciences Divisionโ€™s product portfolio into solution-oriented marketing campaigns and partners with cross-functional global stakeholders to plan and deliver marketing and enablement activities. The position requires strong strategic marketing and domain-specific skills, analytical fluency, content creation skills, with an emphasis on customer-facing materials, as well as the ability to support sales enablement through training resources and collateral.


  • Own the development and execution of the global marketing plan for priority Small Molecule Pharma customer sub-segments, aligning priorities with business objectives, product needs, and regional trends.
  • Translate the product portfolio into integrated, solution-oriented, multi-channel marketing campaigns that address key customer workflows
  • Engage with customers through formal and informal voice of customer and identify and recruit key opinion leaders aligned to our strategy and growth.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and coordination of global marketing and enablement activities across channels, partnering with product, field marketing, sales, applications teams, and growth marketing to develop consistent messaging and ensure aligned execution.
  • Develop high-quality, customer-facing content for digital platforms, events, and editorial pieces that communicate value clearly and credibly.
  • Support sales effectiveness by creating materials that support confident positioning of small molecule pharma solutions, including training content and collateral, in partnership with the sales enablement team.
  • Facilitate or adapt global content for regional needs while maintaining brand standards.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for marketing activities.

  • Bachelor of Science Degree required. Masterโ€™s or Ph.D. is preferred in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, biotechnology, or chemical engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with 7+ in Pharma and Life Sciences strategic product marketing or vertical marketing roles, preferably with pharma industry experience and understanding of LC-MS applications in pharma.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills for customer-facing and sales enablement materials.
  • Strong track record of delivering business results and demonstrated ability to mobilize and influence the organization.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing activities to drive product adoption (digital, events, sales activation).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Understanding of Pharma industry and customer needs in analytical sciences (highly preferred).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (preferred).
  • Open and effective communication style, excellent public presentation skills, strong people skills, cross-organizational teamwork and the ability to interact with and influence the direction of key opinion leaders.
  • Excellent writing skills with prior experience in producing marketing communications.
  • Travel 25%+ domestically and internationally.
