Job description

Position: Business Systems Analyst (SAP Project Planning - Pharma/Logistics)
Location: Melrose Park, IL
Duration: 6+ Months 

We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support and implement SAP solutions for a manufacturing unit expansion. This role is collaborating with business process teams to ensure effective SAP utilization and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP solutions (PP/MM/EWM modules) for business processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP business process issues and interfaces.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify requirements, prioritize tasks, and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain detailed system documentation (test scripts, SOPs, etc.) and ensure proper implementation of system changes.
  • Conduct user training and facilitate end-user acceptance testing.
  • Work closely with vendors and IT support teams to resolve issues and enhance systems.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of SAP Project Planning experience (Pharma/Logistics preferred).
  • Technical Skills: SAP PP/MM/EWM, Microsoft products (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree or SAP Certification.

This is an onsite role (Mon-Fri; 8 AM to 5 PM) with potential hybrid options. If you have a background in pharma or medical devices, that’s a plus!
