Job Summary: The purpose of the Pharmacy Medication History Technician I is to prepares complete medication histories for patients. Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure accurate medication records. Educates patients and caregivers on the importance of accurate medication information.

Hours:
  • Rotating 8 or 12 Hour Shifts (Hours are based on operational needs)
  • Limited (20 Hours/Week)
  • Every other weekend & 1 day per week

Location:
Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, St. Petersburg FL
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an ASHP/ACPE accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
  • 0 to 2 years of pharmacy technician experience.
  • PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician required.
  • PHAR-C - Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) certification required.

Salary Range: Minimum 19.02/hour - Maximum 30.44/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
