Job Description

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a professional and customer-focused Receptionist. This position serves as the face of the office, creating a welcoming environment while supporting daily workplace operations, administrative functions, and employee services. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors, employees, and vendors while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional front desk presence.
  • Oversee daily reception activities, including answering incoming calls, directing inquiries, and ensuring requests are handled promptly.
  • Coordinate conference room schedules, meeting space setup, and hospitality arrangements for internal and external meetings.
  • Partner with facilities and workplace teams to keep common areas, reception, and meeting spaces clean, organized, and fully functional.
  • Provide administrative support for workplace operations, including processing employee requests, managing access credentials, and maintaining office records.
  • Support building access management by issuing credentials, monitoring visitor access, and maintaining appropriate records.
  • Identify and communicate workplace concerns that could affect operations, service quality, or safety.
  • Assist with routine administrative finance tasks, including expense tracking or petty cash processes, while coordinating with internal departments and approved vendors as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Previous experience in reception, workplace services, office coordination, or administrative support.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other business systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high level of service.
  • Experience working in a corporate office environment is preferred.
